All domain names advertised, brokered, or sold by Java Coffee Domains are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

Java Coffee Domains – Prices & Availability

1. Prices and availability of any domain name advertised by Java Coffee Domains are believed to be correct at the time of publication. However, all domain names are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw a domain from sale in the event of a genuine pricing error or if the domain name is no longer available.

2. In the event that a domain becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified, we will contact you within 48 working hours. Any payment made will be refunded in full via the original payment method.

3. Java Coffee Domains shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer in connection with a withdrawn sale. Customers are advised to confirm availability and pricing before entering into any third-party commitments.

Buy It Now – Payments & Escrow (Shaftname.com)

1. Buy It Now transactions are processed via our payment and escrow partner Shaftname.com and are subject to their terms and conditions.

2. Java Coffee Domains does not apply any additional charges for using Shaftname.com when a Buy It Now price is selected.

3. Once Shaftname.com has secured the buyer’s payment, the domain name will be transferred to their control. Shaftname.com will then provide the buyer with detailed transfer instructions.

4. A dedicated Shaftname.com transfer specialist will assist throughout the transaction until the buyer has obtained full control and ownership of the domain name.

5. Shaftname.com will release funds to Java Coffee Domains only after they have confirmed receipt and control of the domain.

Offers

1. All offers placed on a domain name advertised by Java Coffee Domains are legally binding. If an offer is accepted, the transaction will be referred to Shaftname.com and will be governed by their escrow terms.

2. Java Coffee Domains reserves the right to accept, reject, or counter any offer received. All offers are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and may be withdrawn if the domain becomes unavailable.

3. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment must be completed within 5 working days of offer acceptance. Any escrow or transaction fees charged by the payment provider will be payable by the buyer and added to the final purchase price.

Lease-to-Own Agreements

1. Lease-to-own payment plans, where available, are facilitated by Shaftname.com and are subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and fees.

2. All payment schedules, fees, and conditions will be clearly outlined before any agreement is confirmed.

3. Once the first instalment has been received, the domain will be transferred into escrow control, granting the buyer DNS access while ownership remains conditional until full payment is completed.

4. In the event of a breach or non-payment, the domain name will revert to Java Coffee Domains. All payments made up to that point will be non-refundable, and the agreement will be terminated.

Domain Registration & Management

1. Java Coffee Domains operates primarily as a domain aftermarket and trading platform. We do not generally offer standard public domain registrations.

2. Where applicable, domain names are held, transferred, and managed in accordance with Nominet UK’s Terms & Conditions. All .uk domains are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Any transfers involving .uk domains are carried out in compliance with Nominet policies and registry requirements.

Your Obligations

1. You agree that any domain acquired via Java Coffee Domains will:

   • Not be used for unlawful purposes

   • Not constitute an abusive or bad-faith registration

   • Not infringe the rights of any third party

2. You acknowledge that availability cannot be guaranteed until a transaction is completed and confirmed.

3. As the registrant, you must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details as required by the registry, including:

   • Full name or company name

   • Address

   • Email address

   • Telephone number

4. For high-value transactions, you may be required to provide valid photo ID and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in suspension, cancellation, or loss of the domain without refund.

Domain Renewal & Expiry

1. Renewal responsibility depends on where the domain is managed after purchase. Java Coffee Domains does not guarantee ongoing renewal management unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Renewal fees vary depending on the registry and managing registrar. No fixed renewal pricing is guaranteed.

3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that renewal instructions, billing, and contact information remain current with the relevant registrar.

Charges

1. Domain prices are individually set and reflect factors such as market demand, keyword value, and scarcity.

2. Transfer fees charged by third-party registrars or escrow providers are outside the control of Java Coffee Domains and are the responsibility of the buyer.
